Refund Policy

All orders are guaranteed to arrive to you in satisfactory condition. If your order does not arrive within 30 days please contact us and a replacement order will be shipped to you at no charge. If the second shipment is not delivered on time, we may offer to send it with another mail service . If the second shipment fails to reach you then your payment will be refunded to you.

However, your order we’ll not be totally refunded as $25 will be deducted as Transaction Cancellation and Refund Fee, which is exactly what credit cards payment processing system charges us for every refund.

The refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days. We process refund request within next 12 hours from the time refund is requested. Please note, this period doesn’t depend on our service, it only depends on your Bank rules.

Received my products partial damaged or pills broken can i return those?

A. Our shipment does not carry return facility neither we offer or accept returned shipments. we send only finest condition in bubble wrapped and protective enough packaging. So if the pills you found broken then you have to consider it was shipment fault.Please contact our customer care department informing the matter with a photograph taken of the broken medicines.We will add all broken pills on your next order from us.

missed to receive the shipment. I was away , The tracking shows now shipment were sent back to shipper what do I do now?

A. Usps leaves a notice on the shipping address to collect your shipment from local post office within 5 business days. if you did not Evan have time to receive it from post office and tracking showing off it were sent to buyer , In this kind of matter we hold no liability neither we send reshipment for that order.

If you wish to return a product due to a defective nature, missing items or damaged product please immediately contact us through our contact page so we can come up with a resolution or reshipment. We do not accept any return of our orders.
